Canada's Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (OBSI) announced today that it has launched a new, accessible and more user-friendly website. The site features improved usability, responsive design and a simplified complaint process for consumers in both official languages, as well as new features for participating firms.

L'Ombudsman des services bancaires et d'investissement (OSBI) du Canada a annoncé aujourd'hui qu'il a lancé un nouveau site Web plus accessible et plus convivial. Le site offre une convivialité améliorée, une conception adaptée et un processus de plainte simplifié pour les consommateurs dans les deux langues officielles, ainsi que de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour les firmes participantes.
